It all begins with you receiving an e-mail containing samples of the photos we've captured, along with a link and a password to access the relevant order page. You will then have the opportunity to choose the package(s) that best suits your needs, whether it's digital files or printed bundles.

Decisions made, fill in the relevant order form(s), referencing the image samples you received for accuracy. If you’d prefer to order via telephone you can speak to David directly - his details can be found in your samples e-mail. Once the order is made through our secure checkout, our dedicated team gets to work, handling each order with care and diligence.

For digital orders, you can expect to receive an e-mail containing a secure link to download your photos within 24 hours. For printed bundles, we ensure swift delivery back to the nursery or school for you to collect - please see specific timeframes and deadlines mentioned in your samples e-mail.
